Projects
Selected IT infrastructure and security work across a private villa, a multi-branch restaurant and a residential building. Client details are withheld, and the diagrams are illustrative rather than photographs of the projects.
Residential villa
Integrated security, networking and smart-home systems for a villa
A private villa where security, connectivity, audiovisual and automation systems were brought together as one connected installation.
Systems delivered
- CCTV surveillance
- Intercom
- Structured networking and Wi-Fi
- Audiovisual systems
- Smart home automation
Scope and coordination
The villa’s systems share one network and have to work alongside each other, so the work covered planning and coordinating them, installing each system, and handing the finished installation over.

Restaurant, multi-branch
Secure connectivity and venue systems for a multi-branch restaurant
A restaurant business operating from several branches and a main office, where connectivity and on-site systems needed to work together.
Systems delivered
- Secure VPN connectivity between branches and the main office
- CCTV surveillance
- Employee attendance system
- Audiovisual systems
- Point-of-sale connectivity
Scope and coordination
The VPN links each branch securely to the main office. Point-of-sale terminals are connected to the network, and CCTV, the attendance system and audiovisual equipment are set up to run at the branch alongside them.

Residential building
ELV and infrastructure coordination for a residential building
A residential building where several low-current and infrastructure systems, and the parties responsible for them, had to be coordinated.
Systems delivered
- Fiber infrastructure and coordination for DU/Etisalat handover
- CCTV and SIRA-related handover coordination
- Intercom
- Centralized access control
- ANPR and vehicle barriers
- Common-area Wi-Fi
Scope and coordination
The work centred on coordinating these systems and the stakeholders involved, including the telecom providers for fiber handover and the handover steps for the CCTV system.
SIRA-related work describes coordination of handover steps only. It does not imply or guarantee SIRA approval, which is decided by the authority.
